इन्द्राय सोम पातवे मदाय परि षिच्यसे । मनश्चिन्मनसस्पतिः ॥
Transliteration
índrāya soma pā́tave mádāya pári sicyase | manaś cín manasas pátiḥ ||
Translation
ఓ సోమా! ఇంద్రుడు పానము చేయుటకై, ఉద్ధరించే మదము (మద) అనే పరవశానందార్థం, నీవు చుట్టూరా పోయబడి ప్రవహింపజేయబడుతున్నావు. నీవు మనస్సుకు అధిపతి; మనస్సు కూడ నీ అధీనమే.
