Sukta 9.100
अभी नवन्ते अद्रुहः प्रियमिन्द्रस्य काम्यम् । वत्सं न पूर्व आयुनि जातं रिहन्ति मातरः ॥
abhī́ navante adrúhaḥ priyám índrasya kā́myam | vatsáṃ na pū́rve ā́yuni jātáṃ rihanti mā́taraḥ ||
అద్రుహ (మోసం లేని) శక్తులు దాని వైపు వంగి నమస్కరిస్తూ చేరుతాయి—ఇంద్రునికి ప్రియమైన, కావలసిన దాని వైపు. మొదటి ఆయువులో పుట్టిన దూడను తల్లులు నాలుకతో నాకి సరిచేసి పెంచినట్లు, అలాగే వారు దానిని ఆదరించి దాని సత్యరూపంలో పరిపూర్ణం చేస్తారు.
