यथा वशन्ति देवास्तथेदसत्तदेषां नकिरा मिनत् । अरावा चन मर्त्यः ॥
Transliteration
yáthā váśanti devā́s táthéd ásat tádeṣā́m nákir ā́ minat | arā́vā caná mártyaḥ ||
Translation
దేవులు ఎలా కోరుతూ పాలిస్తారో, అట్లే అది నిశ్చయంగా జరుగుతుంది; వారి విధానాన్ని ఎవరూ తగ్గించలేరు—ఏ మర్త్యుడూ కాదు, ధనవంతుడైనా సరే.
