प्रचेतसं त्वा कवेऽग्ने दूतं वरेण्यम् । हव्यवाहं नि षेदिरे ॥
Transliteration
prácetasaṃ tvā kavé’gne dūtáṃ váreṇyam | havya-vā́haṃ ní ṣedire ||
Translation
ఓ అగ్నీ, కవీ, ప్రచేతసా—నిన్ను వారు అంతరంలో స్థాపించారు; వరేణ్య దూతగా, హవ్యవాహగా—దేవుల వద్దకు హవిని మోసుకుపోయేవాడిగా.
