Sukta 7.29
उतो घा ते पुरुष्या इदासन्येषां पूर्वेषामशृणोॠषीणाम् । अधाहं त्वा मघवञ्जोहवीमि त्वं न इन्द्रासि प्रमतिः पितेव ॥
utó ghā́ te puruṣyā̀ íd āsan yéṣāṃ pū́rveṣām áśṛṇo ṛ́ṣīṇām | ádhāháṃ tvā maghavan johavīmi tváṃ na indrāsi prámatíḥ pitā́iva ||
మరియు నిజంగా ఆ మానవ సహాయాలు నీవే—నీవు విన్న ఆ పూర్వ ఋషుల కొరకు. అందుకే ఇప్పుడు నేను నిన్ను పిలుస్తున్నాను, ఓ మఘవన్; ఓ ఇంద్రా, నీవు మాకు తండ్రివలె ‘ప్రమతి’—మార్గదర్శక సంరక్షణ, వివేకపూర్వక ముందుచూపు—అవుతావు.
