अध जिह्वा पापतीति प्र वृष्णो गोषुयुधो नाशनिः सृजाना । शूरस्येव प्रसितिः क्षातिरग्नेर्दुर्वर्तुर्भीमो दयते वनानि ॥
ádha jihvā́ pāpatīti prá vṛ́ṣṇo goṣu-yúdho nā́śaniḥ sṛjānā́ | śū́rasyeva prásitiḥ kṣātír agnér durvártūr bhīmó dayate vánāni ||
అప్పుడు అగ్ని జిహ్వ ముందుకు దూకుతుంది—గో-యుద్ధంలో, కిరణాల సంగ్రామంలో బలవంతుడైన వీరుడు విసిరిన వజ్రంలా, అది ప్రహరిస్తూ ప్రవహిస్తుంది. శూరుని దాడిలా అగ్నియొక్క విస్తరించిన ఆధిపత్యం; అది భయంకరం, తిరిగి మళ్లించలేనిది, దుర్వర్త్యమై అడ్డంకుల వనాలను చీల్చుతుంది.
