Sukta 6.21
तमु स्तुष इन्द्रं यो विदानो गिर्वाहसं गीर्भिर्यज्ञवृद्धम् । यस्य दिवमति मह्ना पृथिव्याः पुरुमायस्य रिरिचे महित्वम् ॥
tamu stuṣe indraṃ yo vidāno girvāhasaṃ gīrbhir yajña-vṛddham | yasya divam ati mahnā pṛthivyāḥ puru-māyasya ririce mahi-tvam ||
నేను ఆ ఇంద్రుని స్తుతిస్తాను—విదాన (దర్శన-జ్ఞానం)లో తెలిసినవాడిని, గిర్వాహస (గీరుల/స్తోత్రాల వాహకుడు)ను, యజ్ఞంతో వృద్ధి చెందువాడిని. అతని మహిమ—పురుమాయ (బహువిధ శక్తి) గలది—బలంతో దివమును, పృథివినీ మించి పొంగి ప్రవహించింది.
