ā́ yāhy ádribhiḥ sutáṃ sómaṃ soma-pate piba | vṛ́ṣann índra vṛ́ṣabhir vṛtrahantama ||
Translation
హే సోమపతే! రాళ్లతో పిండిన సోమం వద్దకు రా, పానంచేయి. హే వృషభ ఇంద్రా! వృషభ-బలాలతో రా—అత్యంత పరాక్రమశాలి వృత్రహన్—మాలో బలం మేల్కొని విజయం పొందునట్లు.
