ये ते त्रिरहन्त्सवितः सवासो दिवेदिवे सौभगमासुवन्ति । इन्द्रो द्यावापृथिवी सिन्धुरद्भिरादित्यैर्नो अदितिः शर्म यंसत् ॥
ye te triḥ ahan savitaḥ savāso dive-dive saubhagam āsuvanti | indro dyāvāpṛthivī sindhur adbhir ādityair no aditiḥ śarma yaṃsat ||
ఓ సవితృ! ప్రతిదినం త్రివిధంగా ప్రవర్తించి సౌభాగ్యాన్ని ప్రసవింపజేసే నీ ఆ ప్రేరణలు—ఇంద్రుడు, ద్యావా-పృథివీ (ఆకాశం-భూమి), జలాలతో కూడిన సింధు (నది), అలాగే ఆదిత్యులతో కూడిన అదితి—మాకు ఆశ్రయమిచ్చే శాంతిని ప్రసాదించుగాక.
