का वां भूदुपमातिः कया न आश्विना गमथो हूयमाना । को वां महश्चित्त्यजसो अभीक उरुष्यतं माध्वी दस्रा न ऊती ॥
kā́ vāṃ bhū́d upa-mātíḥ kayā́ na ā́śvinā gamatho hū́yamānā | kó vāṃ maháś cit tyájaso abhī́ka uruṣyátaṃ mādhvī dasrā na ūtī́ ||
ఓ అశ్వినౌ, మీకు అత్యంత సమీపమైన ఉపమా/ప్రమాణం ఏది? పిలువబడినప్పుడు ఏ మార్గమున మీరు మా దగ్గరకు వస్తారు? మీ మహత్తర తేజస్సుకు సమీపంగా ఎవరు చేరగలరు? ఓ దస్రా (అద్భుతకర్మకర్తలు), మధుమయ సహాయంతో మమ్మల్ని విశాలంగా రక్షించండి.
