Sukta 10.75
प्र तेऽरदद्वरुणो यातवे पथः सिन्धो यद्वाजाँ अभ्यद्रवस्त्वम् । भूम्या अधि प्रवता यासि सानुना यदेषामग्रं जगतामिरज्यसि ॥
prá te ’radad váruṇo yā́tave páthaḥ síndho yád vājā́ṃ abhy-ádravas tvám | bhū́myā ádhi prá-vatā yā́si sā́nunā yád eṣā́m ágraṃ jágatām irajyási ||
ఓ సింధూ! నీవు బలసంపదలు (వాజ) వైపు వేగంగా దూసుకెళ్లినప్పుడు, వరుణుడు నీ ప్రయాణానికి మార్గాలను ప్రసన్నం చేశాడు. నీవు భూమిపై వాలుదారులు, కొండచరియల శిఖరాల వెంట సాగుతావు; ఈ చలించే లోకాల ముందుభాగంలో నీవు ముందుకు కదిలినప్పుడు, వాటి ప్రవాహానికి నీవే నాయకత్వం వహిస్తావు.
