समिन्द्र गर्दभं मृण नुवन्तं पापयामुया । आ तू न इन्द्र शंसय गोष्वश्वेषु शुभ्रिषु सहस्रेषु तुवीमघ ॥

sám indra gardabháṃ mṛṇa núvantaṃ pāpáyā amúyā | ā́ tú na indra śaṃsaya góṣv áśveṣu śubhríṣu sahásreṣu tuvīmagha ||

ఇంద్రా, అరుచు గర్దభాన్ని—ఈ కేకలతో కూడిన పాప-ప్రేరణను—ఆ ఘాతక శక్తితో నలిపివేయి. ఆపై, తువీమఘ ఇంద్రా, రా—గోవులలోను అశ్వులలోను, శుభ్రమైన సహస్ర-సంపదలలోను—మా సత్య-స్తుతి (శంస) ఫలించునట్లు చేయి.
