Transliteration

imaṃ dṛṣṭvā maṇiśreṣṭhaṃ yathā tātasya darśanam |

adyāsmy avagataḥ saumya vaidehasya tathā vibhoḥ ||

Translation

హే సౌమ్యా! ఈ శ్రేష్ఠ మణిని చూచినపుడు నాకు తండ్రి దర్శనమైనట్లే అనిపిస్తుంది; అలాగే విదేహదేశాధిపతి మహాబలవంతుడైన రాజు (జనకుడు) కూడా నేడు స్పష్టంగా జ్ఞాపకమవుతున్నాడు.
