राजानं द्रष्टुकामेन मयास्त्रमनुवर्तितम्।।।।विमुक्तो ह्यहमस्त्रेण राक्षसैस्त्वभिपीडितः।केनचिद्राजकार्येण सम्प्राप्तोऽस्मि तवान्तिकम्।।।।

Transliteration

rājānaṃ draṣṭukāmena mayā astram anuvartitam |

vimukto hy aham astreṇa rākṣasais tv abhipīḍitaḥ |

kenacid rājakāryeṇa samprāpto ’smi tavāntikam ||

Translation

“రాజును దర్శించాలనే కోరికతో నేను ఆ అస్త్రబంధానికి లోబడ్డాను. రాక్షసులు నన్ను వేధించినా, ఆ అస్త్రమే నన్ను విముక్తం చేసింది; ఏదో రాజకార్యమున నిమిత్తం నీ సమీపానికి వచ్చాను.”
