Sarga 75: Bharata and Kausalya—Reproach, Oaths, and Reconciliation

इत्यादिबहुभिर्वाक्यैः क्रूरैः सम्भर्त्सितोऽनघः।विव्यथे भरतस्तीव्रं व्रणे तुद्येव सूचिना।।।।

ityādibahubhir vākyaiḥ krūraiḥ sambhartsito 'naghaḥ | vivyathe bharatas tīvraṃ vraṇe tudyeva sūcinā ||

ఇలాంటి అనేక క్రూర వాక్యాలతో దూషింపబడిన నిర్దోషి భరతుడు తీవ్రమైన వేదనకు లోనయ్యాడు—గాయంలో సూది పొడిచినట్లుగా.
