The Queens Behold Rama’s Śrāddha Offering
सीताऽपि चरणांस्तासामुपसङ्गृह्य दुःखिता।श्वश्रूणामश्रुपूर्णाक्षी सा बभूवाग्रतः स्थिता।।2.103.22।।
sītāpi caraṇāṃs tāsām upasaṅgṛhya duḥkhitā | śvaśrūṇām aśrupūrṇākṣī sā babhūvāgrataḥ sthitā ||
సీత కూడా దుఃఖంతో కలతచెంది అత్తమాతల పాదాలను పట్టుకొని నమస్కరించింది; కన్నీళ్లతో నిండిన కళ్లతో వారి ముందర నిలిచింది।
Sita, too, overcome with grief, grasped the feet of her mothers-in-law and stood before them, her eyes full of tears.
