सीतावियोगे रामविलापः
Rāma’s Lament in Separation from Sītā
सुव्यक्तं राक्षसैस्सीता भक्षिता वा हृतापि वा।।3.62.8।।न हि सा विलपन्तं मामुपसम्प्रैति लक्ष्मण।
suvyaktaṃ rākṣasaiḥ sītā bhakṣitā vā hṛtā 'pi vā || 3.62.8 || na hi sā vilapantaṃ mām upasampraiti lakṣmaṇa |
లక్ష్మణా, ఇది స్పష్టమే—సీత రాక్షసుల చేత భక్షించబడిందో లేక అపహరించబడిందో; నేను విలపిస్తున్నా ఆమె నా దగ్గరకు రావడం లేదు।
O my dear Sita, why are you joking when I am exhausted? Such fun cannot be relished now.
