The Greatness of Viṣṇu

అతడు నిత్యం హరినామంలో పరుడై, మనస్సు హరిలో లీనమై; హరికి ప్రణామం చేయడంలో నిరతుడై, హరిభక్తుల సమాజానికి ప్రియుడయ్యాడు।
Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It defines the recognizable qualities of a Vishnu-bhakta: constant Hari-nama orientation, steady inner absorption, humility through pranama, and harmony with the devotee community—together forming a practical path toward purification and liberation.
Bhakti is shown as lived practice: nama-japa and nama-smarana (devotion to Hari’s Name), mental fixation on Hari (ananya-citta), reverence expressed through repeated pranama, and sustained satsanga—being dear to and aligned with Hari’s bhaktas.
No specific Vedanga (like Vyakarana, Jyotisha, or Kalpa) is taught directly; the practical takeaway is daily discipline in mantra-oriented remembrance (nama) and devotional conduct (sadachara) supported by satsanga.
