The Greatness of Viṣṇu
Viṣṇor Māhātmya
सनक उवाच । भूयः शृणुष्व विप्रेन्द्र माहात्म्यं परमेष्ठिनः । सर्वपापहरं पुण्यं भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदं नृणाम् 1. ॥ १ ॥
sanaka uvāca | bhūyaḥ śṛṇuṣva viprendra māhātmyaṃ parameṣṭhinaḥ | sarvapāpaharaṃ puṇyaṃ bhuktimuktipradaṃ nṛṇām 1. || 1 ||
సనకుడు పలికెను—హే విప్రేంద్రా! మరల పరమేష్ఠి మహాత్మ్యాన్ని వినుము; ఇది పుణ్యకరం, సర్వపాపహరం, నరులకు భుక్తి ముక్తి ప్రసాదించేది।
