Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: karuna
It frames Viṣṇu (Jagannātha) worship as the most rational refuge: since saṃsāra is likened to a burning fire, the soul naturally turns to the Lord who can grant both worldly relief (abhīmata-phala) and the higher good of peace and liberation.
Bhakti is presented as effective and compassionate: sincere ārādhana (loving worship) of Jagannātha yields tangible fruits, making devotion the practical response for one afflicted by saṃsāra’s suffering.
The verse emphasizes ritual praxis—pūjā/ārādhana and the doctrine of phala (result of an act). While not naming a Vedāṅga explicitly, it aligns with kalpa-style ritual reasoning: proper worship leads to a defined fruit.
