सनक उवाच । गृहस्थस्य सदाचारं वक्ष्यामि मुनिसत्तम । यद्रूतां सर्वपापानि नश्यंत्येव न संशयः ॥ १ ॥
sanaka uvāca | gṛhasthasya sadācāraṃ vakṣyāmi munisattama | yadrūtāṃ sarvapāpāni naśyaṃtyeva na saṃśayaḥ || 1 ||
సనకుడు పలికెను—ఓ మునిశ్రేష్ఠా! గృహస్థుని సదాచారాన్ని నేను వివరిస్తాను; దానిని ఆచరించుటవలన సమస్త పాపాలు నిస్సందేహంగా నశిస్తాయి.
