उल्काशनिप्रपाते च तथा विप्रेऽवमानिते । मन्वादिषु च देवर्षे युगादिषु चतुर्ष्वपि ॥ ४९ ॥

హే దేవర్షీ! ఉల్కాపాతం లేదా వజ్రపాతం జరిగినప్పుడు, అలాగే బ్రాహ్మణుని అవమానించినప్పుడు; మన్వంతర ఆరంభంలోను, నాలుగు యుగాల ఆరంభాల్లోను—ధర్మంలో విశేష జాగ్రత్తతో విధివిధానంగా కర్మలు ఆచరించవలెను.
