उद्दिष्टांकसमाहारः सैको वा जनयेदिमाम् । संख्यैव द्विगुणैकोना सद्भिरध्वा प्रकीर्तितः ॥ २० ॥
uddiṣṭāṃkasamāhāraḥ saiko vā janayedimām | saṃkhyaiva dviguṇaikonā sadbhiradhvā prakīrtitaḥ || 20 ||
ఉద్దిష్ట అంకాల సమాహారం—లేదా ఆ సమాహారానికి ఒకటి కలిపినదీ—ఈ ఫలితాన్ని కలిగిస్తుంది. జ్ఞానులు ‘అధ్వన్’ అనేది సంఖ్య యొక్క ద్విగుణానికి ఒకటి తక్కువైన సంఖ్యనే అని ప్రకటిస్తారు॥२०॥
