लंकोदयात्स्याद्वारादिस्तस्मादूर्ध्वमधोऽपिवा । देशांतरस्वचरार्द्धनाडीभिरपरे भवेत् ॥ १५९ ॥

Transliteration

laṃkodayātsyādvārādistasmādūrdhvamadho'pivā | deśāṃtarasvacarārddhanāḍībhirapare bhavet || 159 ||

Translation

లంకలో సూర్యోదయాన్ని ఆధారంగా చేసుకొని ద్వారకాది ప్రాంతాల కాలం నిర్ణయించబడుతుంది—ఎక్కడో ముందుగా, ఎక్కడో వెనుకగా. ఇతర దేశాలలో దేశాంతర స్వచరానికి అనుగుణంగా అర్ధనాడీలతో తేడా లెక్కించాలి।
