इष्टवगेकृतिश्चेष्टघनोष्टग्रौ च सौककौ । एषीस्यानामुभे व्यक्ते गणिते व्यक्तमेव च ॥ ३४ ॥

Transliteration

iṣṭavagekṛtiśceṣṭaghanoṣṭagrau ca saukakau | eṣīsyānāmubhe vyakte gaṇite vyaktameva ca || 34 ||

Translation

ఇష్టమైన వర్గవిభాగాలు మరియు వాటి నిర్మాణాలు, చలనం–ఘనత్వాల ప్రమాణాలు, ఓష్ఠ–కంఠ నియమాలు, అలాగే ‘ఏషీ’ ‘ఈస్యా’ అనే రెండూ స్పష్టంగా ఉపదేశించబడ్డాయి. గణితంలోనూ ‘వ్యక్త’మైన స్పష్ట విధానమే నిర్దిష్టంగా చెప్పబడింది.
