varūthinīṃ paradine pūjayenmṛdhusūdanam | svarṇānnakanyādhenūnāṃ dānamatra praśasyate || 9 ||

Translation

వరూథినీ వ్రతం తరువాతి రోజున మధుసూదనుడు (శ్రీ విష్ణువు)ను పూజించాలి. ఈ సందర్భంలో స్వర్ణం, పక్వాన్నం, కన్యా (ధర్మానుసారం) మరియు గోవుల దానం విశేషంగా ప్రశంసించబడుతుంది।
