प्रक्रियाख्योऽनुषंगाख्य उपोद्घातस्तृतीयकः । चतुर्थ उपसंहारः पादाश्चत्वार एव हि ॥ २ ॥
prakriyākhyo'nuṣaṃgākhya upodghātastṛtīyakaḥ | caturtha upasaṃhāraḥ pādāścatvāra eva hi || 2 ||
మొదటి పాదం ‘ప్రక్రియా’, రెండవది ‘అనుషంగ’ అని పిలువబడును. మూడవది ‘ఉపోద్ఘాతం’, నాలుగవది ‘ఉపసంహారం’—నిజంగా నాలుగు పాదాలే ఉన్నాయి.
