Adhyaya 57The Ninefold Divisions of Bharata: Mountains, Rivers, and Peoples

पापाय वा महाभाग ! वर्जयित्वा तु भारतम् ।

इतः स्वर्गश्च मोक्षश्च मध्यञ्चान्तञ्च गम्यते ॥

pāpāya vā mahābhāga! varjayitvā tu bhāratam / itaḥ svargaś ca mokṣaś ca madhyañ cāntaṃ ca gamyate

ఓ మహాభాగ, భారతాన్ని తప్ప— పాపం వల్లగానీ ఇతర కారణం వల్లగానీ— ఇక్కడి నుండి స్వర్గం, మోక్షం, అలాగే మధ్యమ మరియు పరమ పురుషార్థాలు కూడా లభిస్తాయి.
