Educational Q&A

The verse highlights discernment and respectful inquiry: Yudhiṣṭhira does not react with fear or aggression but seeks the true identity and nature of the powerful being, modeling dharmic conduct through calm questioning.

At the lake episode (Yakṣa-prashna context), Yudhiṣṭhira encounters a mysterious, invincible figure standing on one foot in the water and asks whether he is a god, stating that he does not appear to be a Yakṣa.
