वाचके परितुष्टे तु शुभा प्रीतिरनुत्तमा । ब्राह्मणेषु तु तुष्टेषु प्रसन्ना: सर्वदेवता:
vācake parituṣṭe tu śubhā prītir anuttamā | brāhmaṇeṣu tu tuṣṭeṣu prasannāḥ sarvadevatāḥ ||
కథావాచకుడు సంతృప్తుడైతే పరమోత్తమమైన, మంగళకరమైన ప్రీతి కలుగుతుంది. బ్రాహ్మణులు తృప్తిపడితే శ్రోతపై సమస్త దేవతలు ప్రసన్నులవుతారు.
