सर्वथा तोषयेद् भक्त्या वाचकं गुरुमात्मन: । देवता: कीर्तयेत् सर्वा नरनारायणौ तथा
sarvathā toṣayed bhaktyā vācakaṃ gurum ātmanaḥ | devatāḥ kīrtayet sarvā nara-nārāyaṇau tathā ||
కథను పఠించే వాచకుడు తన గురువే; కాబట్టి భక్తితో అన్ని విధాలా అతనిని సంతృప్తిపరచాలి. ఆ సమయంలో సమస్త దేవతల కీర్తనను, అలాగే నర-నారాయణుల కీర్తనను చేయాలి.
