शल्य उवाच यत्तु मां मन्यसे राजन्‌ कुरुराज करोमि तत्‌ | त्वत्प्रियार्थ हि मे सर्व प्राणा राज्यं धनानि च

Transliteration

śalya uvāca yat tu māṃ manyase rājan kururāja karomi tat | tvat-priyārthaṃ hi me sarve prāṇā rājyaṃ dhanāni ca ||

Translation

శల్యుడు పలికెను—ఓ రాజా, కురురాజా! నీవు నన్ను ఏది చేయమని భావిస్తావో, అదే నేను చేస్తాను. నీ ప్రీతి మరియు క్షేమార్థం నా ప్రాణాలు, నా రాజ్యం, నా ధనం—అన్నీ నీ అధీనమే.
