वसुदेव–अर्जुन संवादः
Vasudeva–Arjuna Dialogue in the Aftermath of Dvārakā
यथा प्रधानतश्चैव चक्रे सर्वास्तथा क्रिया: । ये हता ब्रह्मशापेन मुसलैरेरकोद्धवै:,उस भीषण मारकाटमें मरकर धराशायी हुए यादवोंको देखकर कुरुकुलनन्दन अर्जुनको बड़ा भारी दुःख हुआ। उन्होंने ब्रह्मशापके कारण एरकासे उत्पन्न हुए मूसलोंद्वारा मारे गये यदुवंशी वीरोंके बड़े-छोटेके क्रमसे सारे समयोचित कार्य (अन्त्येष्टि कर्म) सम्पन्न किये
yathā pradhānataś caiva cakre sarvās tathā kriyāḥ | ye hatā brahmaśāpena musalair erakoddhavaiḥ ||
ఎలా సముచితమో, ఏ క్రమంలో చేయవలెనో, అలా అన్నీ క్రియలను అతడు నిర్వహించాడు। బ్రాహ్మణశాపబలంతో ఎరుకా కాడ నుండి పుట్టిన ముసలాలతో హతులై ఆ భయంకర సంహారంలో పడిపోయిన యదువంశ వీరులను చూసి కురునందనుడు అర్జునుడు అత్యంత శోకాకులుడయ్యాడు; మరియు పెద్దరికం, మర్యాద ప్రకారం కాలోచిత అంత్యక్రియలను పూర్తిచేశాడు।
