Vasudeva–Arjuna Dialogue in the Aftermath of Dvārakā
उन सबके मनमें दीनता छा गयी थी। सभी किंकर्तव्यविमूढ़ एवं अचेत हो रहे थे। अर्जुनकी दशा तो उनसे भी अधिक दयनीय थी। वे उन सभासदोंसे समयोचित वचन बोले -- ९ || शक्रप्रस्थमहं नेष्ये वृष्ण्यन्धकजनं स्वयम् । इदं तु नगरं सर्व समुद्र: प्लावयिष्यति
śakraprastham ahaṁ neṣye vṛṣṇyandhakajanaṁ svayam | idaṁ tu nagaraṁ sarvaṁ samudraḥ plāvayiṣyati ||
నేనే స్వయంగా వృష్ణి-అంధక జనులను శక్రప్రస్థమునకు నడిపించెదను; కాని ఈ సమస్త నగరమును సముద్రమే ముంచివేయును।
