अहिंसयित्वा ब्रह्महत्याविधानम् / Brahmahatyā incurred without physical violence
ये त्वेवंगुणजातीयास्तेभ्यो दत्त महाफलम् | सहस्रगुणमाप्रोति गुणाहाय प्रदायक:
ye tv evaṁguṇajātīyās tebhyo dattaṁ mahāphalam | sahasraguṇam āpnoti guṇāhāya pradāyakaḥ ||
భీష్ముడు పలికెను—ఇలాంటి గుణసంపన్నులకు ఇచ్చిన దానం మహాఫలాన్ని ఇస్తుంది. గుణాన్ని గ్రహించి దానం చేసే దాతకు సహస్రగుణ ఫలం లభిస్తుంది।
