Shloka 24

प्रदाता सर्वलोकानां विश्व चाप्युच्यते महत्‌ । ज्येष्ठभूतं वदन्त्येनं ब्राह्यणा ऋषयो5परे

pradātā sarvalokānāṁ viśva cāpy ucyate mahat | jyeṣṭhabhūtaṁ vadanty enaṁ brāhmaṇā ṛṣayo 'pare ||

ఆయనే సమస్త లోకములకు దాత—ప్రాణులకు వారు కోరినదాన్ని ప్రసాదించువాడు. ఈ మహావిశ్వమును కూడా ఆయన స్వరూపమని చెప్పబడుచున్నది. అందుచేత బ్రాహ్మణులు మరియు ఇతర ఋషులు ఆయనను జ్యేష్ఠుడు—ఆదియు అగ్రుడూ—అని ప్రకటించుచున్నారు.
