दर्शयन्तो बहून्‌ दोषानू प्रेत्य चेह च दारुणान्‌ । हेतुभि: कारणैश्वैव यथा यज्ञो भवेन्न सः,“हम युक्तियों और कारणोंद्वारा यह दिखायेंगे कि उस यज्ञसे इहलोक और परलोकमें अनेक भयंकर दोष प्राप्त होंगे; इससे वह यज्ञ होगा ही नहीं

darśayanto bahūn doṣān pretya ceha ca dāruṇān | hetubhiḥ kāraṇaiś caiva yathā yajño bhaven na saḥ ||

మనం యుక్తులు, కారణాలతో ఆ యజ్ఞం వల్ల ఇహలోకంలోనూ పరలోకంలోనూ అనేక భయంకర దోషాలు కలుగుతాయని చూపిస్తాం; అలా ఆ యజ్ఞం జరగకుండా చేస్తాం.
