Khāṇḍava Prelude

इन्द्रप्रस्थनिवासं मे त्वं तत्रागत्य रंस्पसि । कुन्तीं युधिष्ठिरं भीम॑ भ्रातरौ मे कनीयसौ,“फिर यथासमय हमारे निवासस्थान इन्द्रप्रस्थमें आकर तुम बड़े सुखसे रहोगी। वहाँ आनेपर माता कुन्ती, युधिष्ठिर, भीमसेन, मेरे छोटे भाई नकुल-सहदेव तथा अन्य बन्धु- बान्धवोंको देखनेका तुम्हें अवसर मिलेगा। अनिन्दिते! इन्द्रप्रस्थमें मेरे समस्त बन्धु- बान्धवोंसे मिलकर तुम बहुत प्रसन्न होओगी

indraprasthanivāsaṃ me tvaṃ tatrāgatya raṃsyasi | kuntīṃ yudhiṣṭhiraṃ bhīmaṃ bhrātarau me kanīyasau ||

“తరువాత నీవు నా నివాసమైన ఇంద్రప్రస్థానికి వచ్చి సుఖంగా నివసిస్తావు. అక్కడికి వచ్చి తల్లి కుంతీని, యుధిష్ఠిరుని, భీమసేనుని, అలాగే నా ఇద్దరు చిన్న తమ్ముళ్లను దర్శిస్తావు.”
