त्वमेव तु महाबाहो मय्यपत्यानि भारत । वीर वीर्योपपन्नानि धर्मतो जनयिष्यसि,“महाबाहु वीर भारत! आप ही मेरे गर्भसे धर्मपूर्वक अनेक पराक्रमी पुत्र उत्पन्न करेंगे

tvam eva tu mahābāho mayy apatyāni bhārata | vīra vīryopapannāni dharmato janayiṣyasi ||

“మహాబాహూ భారతా! ధర్మమార్గమున నా గర్భములో అనేక సంతానాన్ని—వీరులై పరాక్రమసంపన్నులై—మీరు మాత్రమే జనింపజేయుదురు.”
