Sukta 7

न॒दी सू॒त्री व॒र्षस्य॒ पत॑य॒ स्तना॑ स्तनयि॒त्नुरूधः॑

nadī́ sūtrī́ varṣásya pátayaḥ stánā stanayitnúr ū́dhaḥ

The river, threaded (in its course); the lords of rain; the breasts; the thundering one; the udder—(these are the forms of outpouring).

నది సూత్రీ (ప్రవాహంలో సూత్రంలా గుచ్చబడినది); వర్షస్య పతయః (వర్షాధిపతులు); స్తనాలు; స్తనయిత్ను (గర్జించేవాడు); ఊధః (మడి/పాలధార)—ఇవి అన్నీ ప్రవాహ-విసర్జన రూపాలు.
