ऋतून् यज ऋतुपतीनार्तवानुत हायनान्। समाः संवत्सरान् मासान् भूतस्य पतये यजे

ṛtū́n yaja ṛtupátīn ārtavā́n utá hāyanā́n | samā́ḥ saṃvatsarā́n mā́sān bhūtásya pátaye yaje

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

Worship the Seasons; worship the Lords of Seasons, the seasonal portions, and the yearly rounds. The years, the full cycles, the months—to the Lord of Being I offer worship.

Translation

ఋతువులను యజించు; ఋతుపతులను, ఋతు-భాగాలను, హాయన (వార్షిక) పరిభ్రమణాలను కూడా యజించు. సమా, సంవత్సరాలు, మాసాలు—భూత (అస్తిత్వ) పతికి నేను యజ్ఞారాధన అర్పిస్తున్నాను.
