ये चास्यामात्याः स्वभूमिष्वायत्तास्ते चास्योद्विग्ना मण्डलमाश्रयन्ते ॥ कZ_०७.१६.३१ ॥

Transliteration

ye cāsyāmātyāḥ svabhūmiṣvāyattāste cāsyodvignā maṇḍalamāśrayante

Translation

అతని మంత్రులు/అధికారుల్లో తమ తమ స్వదేశభూముల్లో బలంగా ఆధారపడినవారు—వారు కూడా కలవరపడితే రాష్ట్రమండలాన్ని ఆశ్రయిస్తారు (అంటే అక్కడికి వెళ్లి చేరిపోతారు/ద్రోహిస్తారు)।
