Transliteration

yathā chidraṃ tathā vināśam apy āsādayed iti kauṭilyaḥ

కౌటిల్యుడు అంటాడు—చిద్రం ఎంతైతే, అంత మేరకు వినాశమూ ఎదురవచ్చు.
