यत्प्रायसैन्यो यत्र वा विनीतः स्यात्तदधिरोहयेत् ॥ कZ_१०.३.४१ ॥
Transliteration
yatprāyasainyo yatra vā vinītaḥ syāt tad adhirohayet
Translation
He should mount that (vehicle/position) where the army is mostly concentrated, or where it is best disciplined/trained.
