स पक्षवांश्चेदनादेयः विपर्यये पर्यादातव्यः ॥ कZ_०२.९.२४ ॥
Transliteration
sa pakṣavāṃś ced anādeyaḥ viparyaye paryādātavyaḥ
Translation
అతనికి మద్దతు వర్గం ఉంటే అతనిపై బహిరంగంగా చర్య తీసుకోకూడదు; విరుద్ధ పరిస్థితిలో వసూలు చర్యల ద్వారా అతనితో ధనాన్ని వెనక్కి తీసుకోవాలి।
