वाक्पारुष्यादिप्रकरणम्

प्रथमं साहसं दद्याद्विक्रुष्टे द्विगुणं तथा अचौरञ्चौरे ऽभिवदन् दाप्यः पञ्चशतं दमं

prathamaṃ sāhasaṃ dadyādvikruṣṭe dviguṇaṃ tathā acaurañcaure 'bhivadan dāpyaḥ pañcaśataṃ damaṃ

మొదటి సాహసం (హింస) చేసినప్పుడు నియత దండం విధించాలి; విక్రుష్టం (గట్టిగా కేకలు) తో ఉంటే దండం రెండింతలు. అలాగే దొంగ కానివాడిని ‘దొంగ’ అని పలికేవాడు ఐదు వందల పణముల దండం చెల్లించాలి।
