The Procedure for Pavitrārohaṇa / Installing the Sacred Thread or Consecratory Amulet

यं वीजेन वं वीजेन ज्वालामालासमायुतम् देहं रमित्यनेनैव ब्रह्मरन्ध्राद्विनिर्गतम्

‘యం’ మరియు ‘వం’ బీజాక్షరాలతో శరీరాన్ని జ్వాలామాలాతో యుక్తంగా ధ్యానించాలి; అలాగే ‘రమ్’ అనే మంత్రోచ్చారణతో ప్రాణ/ఆత్మ బ్రహ్మరంధ్రం (శిరోమధ్య రంధ్రం) ద్వారా బయటకు నిష్క్రమిస్తుంది।
