पुनरन्यत्प्रवक्ष्यामि आवयोः पुत्र कारणात् ॥ वाणिज्यं नः स्मृतं कर्म तत्ते पुत्र यदीप्सितम् ॥
punar anyat pravakṣyāmi āvayoḥ putra kāraṇāt || vāṇijyaṁ naḥ smṛtaṁ karma tat te putra yad īpsitam ||
மீண்டும் இன்னொரு விஷயத்தைச் சொல்கிறேன், நம் நலனுக்காக, மகனே. வாணிகமே எங்கள் ஸ்மிருதி கூறும் தொழில்; அது உனக்கு விருப்பமெனில், மகனே.
