आकाशशयनं कुर्यादेकवस्त्रः कुशासने ॥ प्रभाते पञ्चगव्यं च पातव्यं कर्मशोधनम् ॥

ஒரே ஆடை அணிந்து குசா புல் ஆசனத்தில், திறந்த வானின் கீழ் உறங்க வேண்டும். காலையில் கர்ம சுத்திக்காக பஞ்சகவ்யம் அருந்த வேண்டும்.
