तत्र यत्प्रकाशते चैतन्यं स क्षेत्रज्ञ इत्युच्यते॥८॥

तत्र । यत् । प्रकाशते । चैतन्यम् । सः । क्षेत्र-ज्ञः । इति । उच्यते ॥८॥

IAST Transliteration

tatra yat prakāśate caitanyaṃ sa kṣetrajña ity ucyate ||8||

Translation

அங்கே பிரகாசிக்கும் சைதன்யமே ‘க்ஷேத்ரஜ்ஞன்’ என அழைக்கப்படுகிறது॥८॥

Academic Translation

There, that consciousness which shines forth is called the knower of the field (kṣetrajña).
